Galina Lanskaia: A Life Woven in Strings
From an early age, Galina Lanskaia was captivated by music. Born near Moscow, she discovered the violin at a young age and knew instantly that this instrument would become her voice and lifelong passion. Her journey has taken her across Europe, where she studied at prestigious institutions such as the Mozarteum University in Salzburg, deepening both her artistry and love for music.
Galina has had the privilege of performing on international stages, sharing her talent with diverse audiences. From the Bad Reichenhall Philharmonic Orchestra in Germany to the Nouvel Europe Orchestra, each experience has shaped her musical approach. Teaching at the Académie Inter Musicale in Paris, she passes on her knowledge and passion to the next generation of musicians.
Over the years, Galina has collaborated with a wide range of artists, exploring new musical horizons. These collaborations — from recording albums to appearing in films — have broadened her artistic perspective and allowed her to reach wider audiences.

To me, the violin is more than just an instrument — it is my voice, whispering what words cannot express. It transcends languages, erases borders, and touches hearts with a rare sincerity, an authenticity that resonates deep within the soul.
My faithful companion, an 18th-century violin crafted by the Klotz family — a celebrated lineage of luthiers who created instruments for Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart — carries a rich and living history. Each note it produces exudes pure emotion; every vibration weaves a bridge to the universal. Whether under the lights of a concert hall or in the intimacy of a quiet moment, this violin connects me to the very essence of music: sharing.
